I popped the below video on my IGTV earlier this week and the response so far has been fab! I think we must all be feeling the same and like we are just constantly snacking on bad food at the minute!
These are one of my go-to snacks when I am trying to eat a little healthier. Oats and banana have slow releasing energy, so they will stop you from feeling lethargic once you’ve eaten them, and you’ll also feel full up! Plus they are super easy and quick to make. Enjoy!
2 mashed Bananas
2 cups of oats
4 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1/3 cup of choc chips
Then add them all together, divide into cookie shapes and bake on 180 for about 15/20 mins!
